With the MW56/160-330 we have developed a machine that combines a high output of 2,500 kg per hour with perfect cut quality. With a batch size of 250 kg, the MW160-330 is a perfect product for processing pieces of meat up to -14 degrees in large companies and for industrial meat processing.
It impresses with the possibility of continuous operation thanks to the loading system and the infinitely variable mixing arm.
Thanks to its net weight of about 1,100 kg, this mixed meat grinder with a high processing rate is very solid and thus very robust.
All mincers, including our new ones, can be equipped with both cutting systems, Enterprise and Unger. The cutting system of the machine can be changed at any time.
Gentle transport, including of larger pieces of meat, through the screw conveyor to the cutting mechanism, is part of the standard features of this device. The seamlessly welded machine chassis and the large cleaning openings for perfect hygiene, the impact-resistant and water-repellent panels, as well as the auto-reverse mixer, are designed with stability and ergonomics in mind to ensure a uniform product mix.
